Sad

Sometimes the things I find on the internet are so incredibly sad. Like this article about Hindu women when they become widowed. They are completely shunned, even by their own children and left on the streets to fend for themselves no matter their age.

I wonder why I've never heard about this before in all the complaints about human rights. Maybe we need to put a little more pressure on the Indian government concerning women's rights.
